Call for one technology expert – D3 – Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, and Photonics Institute

The Sant’Anna School for Advanced Studies announces a public selection call based on qualifications
and competitive exams for one technology expert, following art. 24-bis L. 240/2010; the contract will
run for 18 months, with placement in D grade, economic position D3, at the Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, and Photonics Institute of the Sant’Anna School for Advanced Studies. This role will provide both technical and managerial support to the following projects: iSteel-Expert: “Remote expert virtual system enhancing human management capabilities and favors preservation, transfer and continuous evolution of knowledge for steelmaking operations”,  SILENCE: “Real-time acoustic sensors and artificial Intelligence applications for the reduction of local environmental impact due to noise emissions”, M2ARE: “Maritime Methanol: Adaptable, Renewable and Environmentally-friendly”, and AgiFlex: “Agent-based models minimizing carbon usage in flexible and efficient future integrated steelworks”. The abovementioned projects
are funded through the Research Fund for Coal and Steel (RFCS) and Horizon Europe programmes.
